Edwards is replacing Roach...Tino was original squad. Spearheaded the attack when we won our series in 2009.

Can you guys imagine Aminul Still holding the record of most ball faced in an innings? It was our first test match. 148 (380).
JO 112 (357)
Nafees Iqbal 121 (355)
JO 80 (322) An epic innings to preserve a series victory.
Quick run down the memory lane.

3. SN will be his usual self and gift his wicket away
4. Naeem might hang in there for long and score a 100
5. I doubt Shakib will cross 20 and might only get 2 wickets by giving away too many runs
6. Mushy to start a very good innings only to give it away at the wrong time
7. Nasir will blast with a 50
8. Sunny getting yet another 5 wicket haul
9. Gazi is the surprise package here so he might surprise us by either playing too good or too bad
10. SRK might injure Gayle with his extraordinary bouncer (oh God save Gayle)
11. Abul will just be an Abul

Asaad, if you recall I said while Naeem''s FC centuries were against lame bowlers, the fact that he could play out that many balls means that he could, ostensibly bat out time on a Mirpur shirtfront. So far it has transpired exactly as I had hoped/suggested

better to compare over a period longer than what did he get one or two innings in that series in t20 cricket? technique is better evaluated over a lengthy period rather than a short one.

Just one wicket lost in 2 sessions...can't expect better than that! Just 101 more needed now.

36 Overs left another 105 runs than we will be 450+ at the end of the day.

Big score is there for the taking, we still have Nasir and Riyad, though kinda iffy on the latter, and our tailenders know how to bat after years of experiencing batting collapses.
Though worried about after tea, cause that is when usually our lasting partnerships break (must be something to do with the tea).

Why counting 450?? If you track run...the next milestone is 528.... But I still prefer time...finish the day without losing any wicket.
Think of run tomorrow...if you are close to 528 then give it a charge to give WI a reasonable target for their 2nd innings...or else go by this pace and confirm a draw...
