I have a feeling he is not enjoying his stay in Lei , or may be he is enjoying playing cricket at this moment. Cricket seems like a burden for him. I hope he'd find his form back in Caribbean. The weather and pitch of WI will suit him. Moreover, his best friend and best friend's wife will be there too

Too much fame can destroy someone without them even realizing.

I don't know what Fame you talk about bro! amongst Bangladeshi's yes! and maybe to few sub-continent team (Just to hype IPL and gain Bdeshis viewership) other than that, the international community don't recognise him as we make him to be. (South Africans, English, Australians, West Indies... don't give a dam about who Shakib is!) and amongst them some laugh at hearing Shakib being ranked as No.1, me to.

Not saying he doesn't deserve to be #1. He deserves all of it and a lot more but recently he started showing that I don't give a damn attitude. Maybe he forgot that when you play outside, you don't just represent yourself, but you represent a nation. Somebody needs to remind him that.

Domestic T20 te kharap korse dekhe ODI performance o tene anar kono maane dekhi na.
Note that, Shakib was NEVER comfortable batting in UK. I will keep away from such pre-mature bashing until I see him in national colours.
Pani te bheshe bheshe upore uthe ashey nai Shakib.

Shakib was never a good T20 player. Shakib was never a good in UK. Shakib was never good in bouncy pitches. Shakib was never good outside home. Shakib was never good playing in any colors other than red green. And soon,to all those folks who say these, the only thing that will remain.. Shakib was never good.

shakib is recognised as a quality player, the reason no one makes a big deal about it is because he's in the BD team which people take less seriously and also because on the BD team there aren't as many quality players as other teams. although some of the teams atm are pretty horrible e.g. pakistan, WI, SA batting in ODIs, australia in general etc, NZ.

but yeah, i reckon part of the reason why shakib isn't talked about as much is simply because he's on the BD team. if he was on another team and had achieved what he has done so far at his age then there would be a lot more hype about him imo.

Is He playing today? its normal how everyone is backing shakib. my opinion was given not as a Bangladeshi supporting bangladesh, but just trying to see what Shakib is from the outer world. Guys needs to score a 50 today atleast, I think both in IPL and English T20 he has failed to score a 50, so people saying he only struggles in English condition is bs. How can South Africans, English, Australians, rate Shakib while he averages less than 30 with Bat against Them and his bowling? his batting average is hugle inflated due to Zimbabwe (42.88), plus the two century. please enlighten me with stats how Shakib is the No.1 all-rounder as ICC say so. lets all just agree, we are bangladeshi and thats why we rate him as no.1 not becuase he actually is.

Commentator just told us. They only won 2 matches against Derby and lost 8. So comparing last year they have done well.

The new CI app for Android is great! It covers all cricket matches live unlike the other apps.

This is a good comeback from the CI developers considering the deserved criticism they've been getting. Trumps the Cricbuzz app by a mile!

Who is this King13 Guy!

Is he follower of Bangladesh cricket or following the current game or just trying to bash Bangladeshi cricketers anyway!

How this performance is failure in T20!

*Shakib Al Hasan (sla) 3.2 0 26 2 7.80 (0nb, 1w)

Shakib only bowled did not even bat until now. Commentators are praising Shakib for his bowling performance!

9 wickets, 146 runs
batting average of 16
bowling average of 27
neither the batting strike rate nor the bowling economy was great.

Overall, a poor season for Shakib... the avg should other way around.
