Default Rajin & Tapash will play worse than Rajib and Rahim ... time will tell

The substitutions were made for no reason because it seems though the ball is not moving as much and the pace is much less than Lords pitch, Bangladesh is playing even worse. We can only hope that we will surpass the score of 108.

Sham was criticising Rajib for being 83-84 miles per hour. It seems that if he can bowl consistently even at that pace ... from his height it would be more effective then shorter bowlers.

It's faster than Hoggard. Jones and Harmison are averaging 86 miles an hour. So it's not too bad for his 1st test.

Rajin scored a big huge 2 in the first innings.

Everybody cheer for Rajin, since he played 22 balls and stayed for 27 mins at the crease.

We had no choice since Mushfiq Rahim was injured, but at least it proves that dropping Rajin for the Lords test wasn't a bad decision

You are right about that.

Anyway we played out 23 overs. Javed's 36 now. InshaAllah he will score a 50. If he can stay there for 1 more session then we will score more than 108.

We have our 3 best in form players not out.

Javed, Aftab and Mashud ... so hopefully they will play a pivotal role.

Last test match Aftab scored run a ball. Now he has already faced 17 balls and yet to score.

Tapash has already proved this thread's headline wrong.

Did anyone see the wicket that Tapash should have taken if not for the umpire?

Please don't remind me on that. Rafique was also denied on a clear LBW. I guess some umpire just don't see any merit in BD.
