Congratulations SHAKIB and the Tigers for winning three matches as you promised. Tamim's dismissal was the big blow to our NRR!! Hope WI beat England otherwise we have to beat SA.

Let's hope SA at least beats Ireland tomorrow so even if England does beat WI, SA wont be fighting for qualification against us.

There is no way our NRR could go up like +1.3 from this one game .....
check ur math. its called Net RR. it would be around -0.5 if we had RR of 6 in this game.

In anycase Congrats BD and let's hope our tigers hav some SpringBok for lunch on 19th.

Two games in row that we won without our two big stars scoring any significant runs ( Tamim and Sakib ). I know the asking score wasn't much, and we almost lost to England save some last wkt heroics, but its nice to see others stepping up. Tamim and Sakib are too good. They will be back among runs soon. I don't worry about those two.

Why is everyone talking about NRR? As far as I'm aware NRR is not going to be factor for us as long as there in not another tie involved.
This win was a must for us and we achieved it, that is all that matters. Now we wait for the WI vs England game, if Eng lose then we are through (as long as Ireland don't beat SA and Netherlands).
If Eng beat WI then we will just have to beat SA . We gave a really good chance to qualify regardless of NRR, let's stay positive and hope for the best.

Pathetic batting, should have been a more convincing win, I guess they were playing carefully. Neds made them work hard for each run, brilliant bowling and field placements, reminds me of the match between BD and SA in 2007.
