Your BD XI for test, odi and twenty20

Hey guys, I thought i'd open this, i feel its time for BD to make some changes.. Clearly some of the players cant play a certain format well, and been struggling too at it. In BD cricket they play any player at any format even though he aint good at that particuler format and doing poor at it. What would be your desireable/desired TEST XI, ODI XI AND TWENTY20 XI for BD?

I didnt mean a 3 complete set of diffrent players for the 3formats, I mean, for expample: Mahmudullah, raqibul hasan, imrul keyes are too slow they cant play twenty20s, twenty20 style, way, they got to be in test or odi..
1 player could be in all 3formats if their good at it.
do u realy think rakib, riyad, kayes are twenty20 type players judging by what they'v done thus far?.

Its only 20overs, we need to put all the hard hitters out, play hard. BD have struggled in this format with slow players RAKIB, MAHMUDULLAH, RAHIM! we need to go all guns blazin!!! I believe this XI can do that!

LOOK AT THAT BATTING LINE UP GUYS, it looks powerfull. ALOK can bowl 10 overs easily. aftab can give 4-6 overs with the ball. THEY BOTH ARE POWERHITTERS! WHICH BD TEAM NEEDS BADLY.
