There was a time in BD when there was not a sign of hope or dream to think of BD cricket at the stage it is now. Today the nation is "matal" with cricket WC, we've got our dedicated cricket stadium, significant sponsor funding, etc... though not easily achieved but things started to fall into place once we got our ODI/Test status. If such status approval initiates a chain reaction for Ireland then why not ? In the midst of all impossibilities and proven failures if BD can enjoy the status honor, I think Ireland deserves it even more and may be, by virtue of the Status the internal factors will find business case to build up the infrastructure.
