I bought a 20yo RM bowler for 173k, expert/accomplished with average batting and average experience, gifted bowling too but poor fielding. Wanted a seamer, want a batsman too but they're going for more than I wanted (those 20yos...).

Definitely go fielding now if you're ever going to train it. I'm currently aiming for reasonable for any senior, capable at 22, reliable at 24.
One question. How many allrounders do you tend to use? I'm wondering because I don't know whether to use that new spinner in my main team, or go with my 21yo RFM cap/acc/acc allrounder. He would be the 2nd allrounder.

As for my team, its a rebuild but I still got a few "older" players since I have no keepers . But this is the age/skill of my new main young team.

23yo outs/outs batsman with opener talent (reliable exp) ->was in NAT last season
28yo outs/outs/outs keeper (world class exp)
26yo outs/outs batsman (expert exp)
20yo exp/acc batsman (reasonable exp)
22yo outs/exp batsman (avg exp)
20yo acc/acc batsman (average exp)
21yo cap/exp/acc RM allrounder (rel exp) ->I hope one day makes NAT
21yo cap/acc/acc RFM allrounder (avg exp) OR 20yo acc/acc RFS bowler (ord exp)
24yo spec/spec RFS bowler (cap exp)
22yo outs/outs RFM bowler (avg exp)

So I'll be trying this out in my first pavilion cup match. I hope to get 130k at least... But who knows.
The team is a nice mix. Both my academies are superior, so if I actually get decent pulls I'll use them to replace those older dudes. I still got 1 million left, though I only have like 300k in my spending budget for season, so I'll be on the prowl for more deals.

BTW that bowler was a good purchase. I was going to go for him but I have enough mediums . His gifted bowling should make up for time spent on fielding.

I am only buying youths. I dont know who to replace from my seniors. They are all same skilled. Its like if I want to replace 1 person, I have to replace the whole team. So I am just trying to build from youths.

Akib, I think if your teams average fielding is average then you should just get them primary pops first. And then fielding. Just my opinion because primary gets far too slow later.

And this is the skills of my crappy but totally age balanced team. For my PC I am playing good youths and seniors with low experience. I dont wanna go far.

My Main XI-
Bats
Age Skills Experience Talent [if relevant]
27 Outs/Outs Acc Opener
22 Reliable/Acc/Expert [keeping] Average Gifted Keeping
20 Acc/Acc Reas
24 Outs/Outs Reas
25 Outs/Outs Average [performs too god, scored a game saving century this week]
21 Expert/Expert Average [Spin Specialist]

AR's and Bowlers
Age BT Skills [Bat/Bowl/Tech] Exp Talent [If relevant]
23 RFS Capable/Expert/Expert Reas Spin Specialist
28 RFS Reas/Outs/Outs Excep Sturdy
23 RFM Reliable/Acc/Outs Reas Bouncer
23 RM Dread/Outs/Expert Capable
25 RWS Atro/Outs/Outs Reas Gifted Tech

Reserves

21 Acc/Acc Average Spin Specialist

21 RFM Expert/Expert poor

I only have had the 1 in seniors but now am training another who is 20. I use just 1 in matches, Lee who is cap/outs/outs - accom/outs rated, the rest of the bowlers either have poor or dreadful batting (ord-reas rated).

My mediums are either 25 or 16-17 so I can handle a 20yo. Yeah, the talent was the main reason I went for him and not too expensive. You have more money then me, I don't have 600k, will drop to around 370k on Monday.

I hope Akib makes the Seniors too, once you get his power up he should be in there with hopefully a couple or a few of mine.

Yes I hope he makes it too!!!! Will be fun to have another NAT (assuming Seshan gets picked again)

Anyways, won by 8 wickets. The new batsman didn't have to do much, as the experienced guys managed.

Still happy to see my MR a respectable 146k while in a semi-rebuild

went 90% full strength for PC today as I have games against bots next week.

Humid and sticky and my opponent has nine ~10k waged players but his team rates same as my team. Should be interesting fight...

The best recruit I have had in the last few seasons. Recruited him as a "keeper". I recruited "keepers" like 4 times before and all had like ordinary keeping and atrocious batting. BUt this guy is amazing Estimated worth? Anyone? The talent is good [1] and even the secondaries are nice.

Very nice player. I wish I had players like that. No good pop for a long long time. I've only kept 4 out of last 13 recruits, and not cause they are good, but because I had to make up the minimum squad limit....

BTW, nadim I got a question regarding that deshisonftp site? Is this just among you and ure friends, or this an alternative to this forum for ftp discussion? Because I and a few other bc ppl have never heard of this. Also when I log in why can I see only 8 posts, when on the main page there are 80 (there was 100+ before I registered).

Bough this guy for 844k last week....i know i overpaid..but badly needed a spinner like him...He was in the Scotland WC squad and still in the current NT squad.

Player Info
25 years old | 45,024 rating | $15,137 wage
Right hand batsman | Right arm Finger spin
Talents Prodigy
Nationality Scotland
Form reasonable

Experience accomplished

Bowler World Class
Keeper ordinary
Allrounder average

Batting poor Endurance reliable
Bowling exceptional Technique exceptional
Keeping poor Power ordinary
Fielding reasonable

Exp is bit low for his age but according to his previous manager he is very close to pop in Exp & bowling tech...fielding and end should be fine for now..will fix it after one more primary pop.

You want a primary pop? Exceptional isn't enough? Forget primaries. Spend rest of his career on fielding and endurance, but atm fielding. That is very low fielding especially for a 15k wage player.

The exp is fine for a 25 yo. For a world class player 800k is ok.

He's not near popping in bowling or tech, wage is too low, around low exceptional. Gahlot has a higher wage and more experience and is only exceptional rated ...
I wouldn't train to a pop in bowling, would take almost 2 seasons (or more), maybe some way but it will take a long time to get to world class. I'm with Akib and go fielding/endurance.
