Is it too late for me to start playing international cricket?
I am thitty and a complete failure in life. I suck at everything but cataloging orphy's diaries.
Can I still make it? Pleazz...give me a chance.

I am in my late 19. Will be turning 20 later this year. And I sometimes ask that same question to myself too.

well i'm pretty sure dirk nannes started playing seriously in his mid 20s and he ended up playing for australia. also, read nuwan pradeep's cricinfo profile they say he didn't play with a cricket ball until he was 20 and they say he made the test squad less than 3 years later so anything is possible.

Gowza, if you had seen pictures of Zeeshan, you would have not said the "anything is possible". Our man get's mom's home cooking whenever he feels like it ... I'll let you complete the picture

^ If Bermuda's Dwayne Leverock can play in a WC, why not our Zeeshan?

Zeeshan, migrate to Guatemala.
Then try your luck.
Your wish just might come true.

Make a affidavit, reduce at least 3-4 years. Then keep trying get into under 15/19 team first. Look for some shortcut alternatives that helps as well, like Making relation with some BCB homra-chomra's daughter, make Mushi's parants as your god-parents, get some secret photograph of someone powerfull in selectors doing something illeagal and blackmail him to publish it in BC.. etc. Most of all a good luck.

Absolutely not. Try an affiliate member.
Affiliate Members
These are countries where the ICC recognises that cricket is played according to the Laws of Cricket. [2] There are 60 Affiliate Members.
I'm guessing for some of the island nations above, they just need 11 members who know the sport and have played it before. So just work on getting their citizenship.
Keep it 100,
Roey

I think Tonga (Tonga Cricket Association) would be your proper destination.
