Nafees and Rok only for tests only. We need to bring back Anamul and Litton, these two are more than capable. Alok for T20s
As for JuSi, big no.

You are right, I would also like to add another skill which is must for a test cricketer. That is - patience. In test matches the batsman has to have a patience, waiting for the "right" ball to hit sixes and fours.

My take -
SN: With his horrible fitness level, should not be close to LOIs. For the Test team, can be considered a backup option for 1-3.
JS: Both Imrul and Kopa Shamsu should be considered ahead of him, even in LOIs.
Rock: Faruque already ruled him out of LOIs. His FC records at home does not mean much if he can't overcome his weakness against short balls, if he is to be considered for the Test team.
Liton: Despite his limitations, should be persisted with the Test team as the keeper.

I think the title is misleading.
its not the plays he wants them back, its the players in his watch list for comeback.

Anamul Bijoy should probably be considered for limited overs team at some point.

TBH, I do not see much hope for any of those. But, anything is possible if Hom can cut in. Or that honeymoon return of Tino Best.

It doesn't matter who Faruk monitors, at the end of the day the coach will get the player(s) and retain the player(s) that he wants.
It may not be a bad thing though....
