the pre tag is the way to go..
regarding text formatting, I've had good results with just using the < pre > blah blah < /pre > tags. for e.g. the following ascii art:

o$$ oo
$o o$ $ o$
$ $ $" $ o$ ooo
$o "$ o" $ $" o$""
$" "o o$ $ o o"
$ $ $$ $ $ o"

Khaled Masud Pilot's Official Date of Birth is: 8 February 1976. So, Officially he is 29. May be we could add 1 or 2 years to this number to get the original age.

Dhiman and mushfiqur rahim will be the main contenders. i remember probably a year ago there is this guy most likely from west indies found this Rahim kid. he came to bdesh to find out future wicket k/batsman and he said in future Rahim will be like Adam Gilcrist. Same year Rahim visited Calcutta with under 15 u think and he scored breezy 56/57 some runs off only probably 32/33 balls against CAB 15 (Calcutta ..) . I hope he will really come out good. Rahim also scored a patient century against england 19. keep that in mind he is only 16 yrs old.
go tigers go. i can hear ur roaring.

With due respect to names that have been mentioned, unless there is a massive dip in Pilot's form or the emergence of a really outstanding youngster from nowhere, I don't think pilot's place will be automatically taken by any other wicketkeeper for atleast another four years. This is not good news for Bangladesh. We have hundreds of coaching camps for bowlers and batsmen but nothing for the wicketkeepers. Pilot is a self-made wicket-keeper and he has told me that the turning point in his career came when he met former Victoria (in Australia not the Dhaka club) skipper and wicketkeeper Darren Berry who was with the Tigers for two-weeks when they toured Australia in 2003.
Now, to pass on his knowledge to someone else, Pilot needs an under-study but where is that next man? Just imagine what might happen if Pilot breaks down in the middle of a tour? It's a miracle that he has never got injured and it's also a tribute to his work-ethic that he could maintain his fitness for ten years on the trot. We have too many stumpers in our domestic cricket on whom wicket-keeping has been thrust upon but this is a job for naturals.

Dhiman seems to be the one getting noticed very attacking batsmen, Rahim is another who seems capable wicket keeper and batsmen at llonger version of the game, Hasibul Huq again very attacking batsmen can he wicket keep i dont know, Anwar Hossain can bat too and got his chance but then selctors lost faith why i odnt know, Salim got his chance did not really take it though did not get much chance... I think Rahim is the man next in line...

Excellent prospect, hope he can develop after the Innings in Zim.

..why in the A team both of the next brightest prospects in keeping is playing ,instead of just one .. is one of them playing as a specialist batsman? who is wicketkeeping there then ,rahim or dhiman?? i know in MCinns(not proven to the outside of bd yet though) & whatmore(proven) there is the two most shrewd cricket brains out there right now.there must have some reasons to pick sagir hossain for the keeping in BCB squad for duleep trophy instead of opting to get either one of dhiman or rahim. didnt have the idea that BCB held sagir in that high esteem.so we dont have to worry that much about who will pilot the plane from behind (!)after the real pilot.

Mushfiqur Rahim is the wicket keeper for the A team while Dhiman is in the team. So i am guessing he is the better keeper. He also scored a century in the first innings of this game.

i never like khaled mashud.....he is a crappy batsman and will be happy if someone replaces him....
he is not a legend like habibul bashar or rafique...to me, his replacement his not really a big loss.

That would have been nice if every data was readily available and we could just post the link here. But as I said ealier, if you complie data from different pages and put them together to make a comparative stat, then just posting the link does not help.

I was impressed with Mushfiqur Rahim's batting Against Zim A. Sure would like to know how good a keeper he really is.

Within two years, it looks like most of the names mentioned are already lost.
