but then again, can we afford the extra slot using shagir hossain since our batting is obviously weak, fragile. we will have to then either drop an allrounder or a batsmen or a bowler, i do not want riyad to be dropped since his tenure in the longer format is yet to be tested in dire times ahead.
Mushfiq makes Kamran Akmal look like Gilly. He's a good test batsman but a below average keeper. We can drop one of our 3 openers (Tamim, Imrul, Junaid)

well,

it will be a really difficult test for Bangladesh ahead against in form West Indians...even Ravi Rampaul(the guy Ash and Aftab too to the cleaners in that famous T20 win) is bowling really wel these days.

they have some guys who poses real threats for us:

Chris Gayle
D. Smith
Ramdin
Sarwan
Chaunderpaul
Chattergoon
Bravo brothers
Edwards
Rampaul
S. Benn

Don't worry Rifat bro. All the WI players will be very tired when they face us. They have been playing non-stop cricket for last 3/4 months. They will breakdown very soon.

তারা তো ভালোই খেলছে। মনে হচ্ছে আমাদের স্কোর টপকে যাবে।

Yes I don't think the Coach and Mash would drop Imrul and play a specialist keeper, I don't know why they have so much faith in Mush's ability as a keeper. It's plain ridiculous.

Rampaul, Edwards, Taylor won't be a threat. The main threat will be Suleiman Benn as our batsmen loves throwing their wickets away to spinners. Our batsmen are suffering from the spinsyndrome

Hopefully they'll clean up the tail fast now instead of letting it wag. We need to bat out the entire day tomorrow - our batsmen need to get as much practice as possible.

Bridgetown, Barbados, July 4 (www.bcacricket.org) - West Indies ‘A’, starting the day on 82 for four, were 179 for eight off 66 overs in reply to the Bangladesh first innings total of 195 all out from 63.5 overs – in the final session of play on a rain-hit second day of the three-day first-class match at Kensington Oval here today.

The not out batsmen were wicket-keeper Devon Thomas on 60 and Kevin McClean, one.

Since tea, Kemar Roach was caught by Rubel Hossain off Shakib Al Hasan for 12 with the score 170 (59.4 overs) and Ryan Austin was caught by wicket-keeper Mushfiqur Rahim off the same bowler for one (score 178 off 65.1 overs).

(more to follow).
