I can understand Morgan not going 2 Bangladesh,but India in the same boat,as is most of Europe.

I respect his decision with no respect. If BD can hand England a series defeat in ODI, that will do great response to Morgan.

Well, ECB gave a choice and he has decided not to tour Bangladesh. It's his decision and we should all respect it. It's that simple.

^^ KP has a point there, it's not like ECB will make any fuss about security in India (though the country has as much terrorist activity like ours, if not more) or give their players any choice but to go.
