our best shot is chasing, because we have no idea of how to set even a low total. 166 against barbados is nothing. at least if we chase, the players will bat with an equation on their minds.

You are right Asad bhai. Chasing is a better option for us indeed.

Then you come earlier to open the thread. If you want to open one so badly, you come here after the 1st game and make a properly desined match thread. If you can't do that, then stop bitching.
BTW, good luck to Bangladesh on Saturday, InshAllah we will have a close match.

here are some tips.
stay on the BC forum for the whole pak vs BD t20 match.
when the second innings starts open the page for a new thread and start writing ur match thread.
when 10 overs remaining of the match stay alerted. constantly keep refreshing the bangladesh cricket page and the match thread to check out whether somebody else have posted already or not. if not press the submit thread button as soon as u see that the pak vs BD match result is now a forgone conclusion and ppl are losing the interest in the match.
u may post a match thread very early. but it does not look good. the best time to post a match thread is when the match before its result is almost decided and people are losing interest and looking forward for the next match.

There used to be forum decorum on when is the right time to make a MT, all that stuff went out the window.
We probably the same chance maybe even a better chance of winning via reckeless Agression, than this lets play 20 over routine. AKA "playing scared"
"Dont Afraid to be Great" thats all I have to say to the Tigers.

^^ LOL some people just dont get over some stuff..
My team
Tamim / Kayes
Ashraful 6
Riyad
Shakib 5
Aftab
Naeem 6
J Islam +
S Islam 2
Mortaza 1
Razzak 3
Rubel 4
I am letting Riyad bat up the order. He is one of those players, who needs time to get going. Once he is set, he can do some magic. So he should bat up at 3 if the 1st wicket falls quickly. He looks miserable when he bats during last 3-4 overs. He should be our Kallis, or Shiv. But I cant see him opening, so #3. (just for T20, not ODI)

Kalpurush seems to be unbeatable.
No one can beat him when it comes to opening a match thread.
But i think some other people should open thread as well, like, Wishas, offstump, nadim 98, Auntu, and many more(whoever have experience on opening match thread before).

I am going to watch this game with bunch of Pakistani/Bangladeshi friends, the tigers must roar this time. If they *meow* *meow* like cats, I will be heartbroken and will cry like Sreeshanth after the game. Hopefully that does not happen and we win this one. Lets start this decade with a win against Pakistan
PS: throughout the 2000 decade, we did not beat Pakistan :O
