Are there too many World XI , AsiaXI , Africa XI matches?

The Tsunami matches were nice but now there's way too many of these exibitions that are more annyoing tha 20-20 cricket.

look at the schedule for this year

1) 2 Tsnuami matches- done
2) Pak XI vs world XI - July
3) The Asia XI vs World XI in America - August
4) Asia XI vs AfricaXI - August
5) The super series - sept/oct(Australia have enough trouble with England)

BTW: Why do people care if these games get recognized as official ODI's. It's a great way for batsmen to inflate there avreges with high scores.
