** good question!!!!
It was in 2001 or 2, not sure whether it was A team under captaincy of Shojon ( and may i mention his thoughless approach of using Mashrafi for some very long spells and which eventually had a detrimental effect in latter's career) or some under 19 team... Most likely, it is the latter. That double century was made in a reasonable quick time. and my instant reaction was " however weak the bowling is" it was creditable as our batsman, those days, could not score runs even in the domestic league..
Obviously, more creditable double centuary was the one scored by Bidhuyt in a pakistan domestic league team..
***fwullah: u always have the stat, can u please help and find out more detail about this tushar imran innings? ,

From BBC
Tushar Imran
Born: 10/12/83
Team: Khulna
ODI debut: 23/11/01
Past World Cups: -
Right-handed batsman
The tall right-hander has power and flair and has been branded as something of a one-day specialist.
He is a regular at four or five in the order having made his debut at the age of 17.
In 2002, when he missed only two matches, he scored two half-centuries and top-scored with 65 against Pakistan.
However, towards the end of the year, when he broke into the Test side, his performances tailed off.
He mustered only 24 runs against both South Africa, 23 of which came in one innings, and was out for a duck in his only innings against the West Indies.
Tushar was the first Bangladeshi to score a double-hundred in a first-class match.

BBC is giving too much wrong info about BD players.
Tushar wasn't the first Bangladeshi to score a double hundred in FC match. In fact, that double century wasn't in a FC match.
Habibul Bashar was the first Bangladeshi to score a double hundred in FC Cricket. He did it at Chittagong against England-A (most possibly, otherwise it may be MCC), before we got test status
Tushar was the first Bangladeshi to score a double hundred at outside Bangladesh
