If we win da toss, we shld take batting only coz the pitch is expected and most probably will be batting friendly....We need to bat the whole day tom and score atleast 250plus and shldn't loose more than 5wkts and second day we bat whole day out to 400plus score....

What do you want actually? We have used this format many times before. Most of the members want to see their local starting time.
And you have English option as well.

Without Masree our bowling especially pace dept lost 60% of the strength. This is a big blow and hope we can somehow recover and avoid innings defeat. If they pile up huge rans it will be very stressful for the players and they will lose the confidence and repeat the same.

innovating new excuses for his care-less shots (in the wrong time)

Dropping aftab is not a good idea at all. And batting would be the best choice I believe Bangladesh should do if win the toss. If Bd can stay at the crease for 2 and half days ( i suppose) then it would do a lot change the face of the game. Otherwise a big toal from SriLanka can only contribute in creating extra pressure (although this is not ODI) on our batsman.
