Never liked him as a spinner. Not a classic one.

Has the quality of west indian wickets changed? As far as i can remember in the mid 90's the wickets were not fast at all. Were that wickets ever fast?

I don't care who we get, but they damn better do some magic with our bowling options, or we'll be doomed for World Cup 2011. In that report BCB said they won't be able to confirm anything till October? why so long? we really don't have much time on our hand, we need to get moving with things as soon as possible.

Amongst all the bowlers I have seen, McGill is by far the biggest turner of the ball. [I heard O'Reily was tremendous too, but never seen him] Though McGill bowled some utter rubbish deliveries at times, but the amount of turn he got was unreal, born in any other time or in any other country you would see 300+ test wickets under his belt. If BCB can manage this guy even for a 15day- one month period, it would be amazing.

Actually, I dont think Macgill is better than Warne.

But, It will be really good if we get him as a spinning coach.
