Looks like the board is become an addakhana for all sorts of bura, pir, dorbesh, fakir and rajputro's, we even have a chinaman in the mix.
Did I ever give my proper PORICHOI here ? Hmm, maybe some other day (I gotta post this before my verizon dsl dies on me again - it's been going on for a week, wooooooooohoooooooo)

Radical,
I was merely asking if the gents were affecting a west indian style of conversing with us (ie "rastafari", a religious faith that migrated from ethiopia to Jamaica and the WI and popularized in reggae music) - or if they genuinely speak this way. Apparently I offended them deeply and they feel strongly that I am a prick from London's East End.
And I was merely being politically correct in my ambiguous salutation of boys vs. girls since there are many women members on the board and I didn't know what gender this species belonged to. But that was an affront to the lads' manhood, to which they asked me to stop being a sissy woman with my spin bowling and become a real man, a pacer.
Perhaps this is why the WI has produced some terrifying pacers over the years. There must have be a lot of peer pressure to suppress the natural urge to spin!
But we might just be inside the Matrix, and this is only my version.
