what ??? nobody taught you the basics of civility, or did you just fail to learn them ? maybe you just like flaunting things you're probably better off not flaunting with such nasty vigor ?

look around BC, there are quite a few threads that address selection issues in depth. much can be learned there, including my personal disdain for faruikka and ata - if you're capable of going past cheap personal insults that is.

Making him selector will be a dumb move and apparently he is not a good judge of talent (based on his recent outbursts in media).
so endeth the discussion pour moi.

I would prefer Bulbul more in the roles of coaching, as he has been doing some groundwork for some times, completing his courses etc etc.

But it isnt a surprising news though. After Faruk and Atahar, its only natural that someone in the ranks of Bulbul would come into the picture.

Well... making comments from outside is an easy thing.... but when the same person is put in charge.. I believe the task becomes lot harder. Anyone will think 1000 times before taking any wrong decision having been put into the selectors position.

I have faith on Bulbul and I'm pretty sure that he will take more right decisions than wrong ones.

How about chacha? he is not the current manager, is he?
If not, he can be a better selector than bulbul akram faruk ataher combined.

http://www.prothom-alo.org/mcat.news...DUyODA=&mid=OA==

looks like BCB official denies posibility of Bulbul to be selector.

http://dailyinqilab.com/ (18.6.07 sports section)
also Bulbul himself dont want to be selector rather only want Batching coach position with the national team.

anyway, I think we still need batting coach for national team from outside the country. Bulbul should be considered for age level (not U-19, i want this position with a foreigner also).

I don't know....I am not kind of alarmed by this rumor. Faruk and Co. have done a much better job than previous selectors just as Dav have done a great job, so is Bashar. But as time change, new players come, new idea is needed, new captain comes, new HQ comes... whats wrong with new blood in selection team also?

It doesn't mean... all will work out....new coach may fail.... new captain may fail...but we still welcomed the change... whats wrong with wecoling Bubbul? You never know how it will work out unless you give him some chance.

So if the rumor is true, I will welcome Bulbul with open arm.

No matter whoever it is, Faruk and Atahar should be out. Not that they did wrong, but need new people, new judgment.

So Bulbul is not coming,I think we should then put his coaching expertise to use.
