Regardless of a win or loss Mash is our best captain and then it's Mushy !! These 2 has the ability to inspire the team which Shakib lacks .. I have never been a fan of Shakib's captaincy anyway .. Then again I am not the person to blame the captain for a loss ... It's a team effort and a captain is as good as his team !!

I am afraid Mash will be injured often and most worryingly retire in a few years time. Then we will be left with some incompetent captains.

Just remembered how the same people has bashed Mash's captaincy when he used to bowl himself at the death overs ...So all our captains had their fair share of brain fart moments so let's hope everything goes perfect in the QF otherwise I can so see people tearing Mash apart

1. The fighting spirit
2. Low tolerance for error thereby all the players giving it all.
3. Huge amount of respect for their leader
4. Lower order important runs chasing or setting a target
5. First Bangladeshi bowler to break into ICC Top 10 Bowler Rankings. He is one of the greats.

Most important of all, he brings good luck to Bangladesh team.
