Default Low scoring games in Local League and Our Batting Quality

I have noticed that most of the matches in the top local and National League are very low scoring.

Avg. score is, I would say, about 140 to 150. Even at the National league 3 day matches - scores were very low.

There were only very few ODI matches where score was more than 250.
To me it is a sign that our batsmen are not learning how to build big innings. Thus when the best of those batsmen come and play at the international level they fail to build big innings.

I think making big innings has lot to do with attitude of the batsman. Our batsmen has to develop that attitude at the local / early level or it will be really hard to change their batting attitude at the international level.

I think our batsmen are as skilled as any other but what they lack is the attitude and planning for real big innings.
