Clive Rice V Mike Procter

Procter played a small amount of tests successfully (as a bowler), Rice played a small number of ODIs (though didn't do much). Neither got the lengthy international careers they deserved.

Who was the better all rounder and how do you rate them with the other great all rounders (sobers, miller, imran, kapil, botham, hadlee). They would have made the 80s all rounder battle even more intense than it already was (alongside botham, hadlee, imran, kapil).
