Default Maiden India tour(male) taking shape

The Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) is expecting a positive response from their Indian counterparts on the much-discussed issue of the Tigers’ maidentour of India within the next couple of months.
“We are expecting a positive response from our Indian counterparts regarding Bangladesh’s tour of India within the next couple of months,” said BCB’s acting CEO Nizamuddin Chowdhury yesterday referring to BCB president Nazmul Hassan Papon’s discussion with N.Srinivasan, president of the Board of Control for Cricket in India(BCCI), on the sidelines of the Asian Cricket Council (ACC) executive committee meeting in Malaysia. http://www.thedailystar.net/beta2/ne...-taking-shape/

Indian authorities are interested in arranging an ODI series against Bangladesh in light of the Tigers’ recent record in the 50-over format
we should not go until and unless we get full tour from them, though by seeing their recent records in test at home. it is unlikely we will make a positive result in test there. But i think it is the test matches what we need more against the big countries. besides, touring india only for odis will be more of a media craze rather than our own benefits.

we desperately need more matches. I dont mind odis. If we win a few, they will invite us again.

Honestly, we should ask for 1 Test and 3 ODIs against their full strength side. If they don't want to play Tests, we should insist again, before finally just accepting a 3 ODI series.

But so far the reports are only in the DS. I'll take it a little more seriously when CI reports the same news.

Agreed. We should ask for least a test match if this bilateral series shapes. imo this opertunity to tour India will take more than shape and become reality as Ind-Pak series that suposed to happen in current year looking bleak to happen as time closing for deadline to arrange it and a free slot is opening in Indian cricket calandar for us.

Really not in the mood to watch our pace trio of Abul/SRK/Rubel get their butts handed to them by the second best batting line up in the world on the flattest of tracks.

Too be honest, I won't mind about our pacer's if all match's are held at Eden Garden (Shakib, Gazi & Razzak)

All this is still noise to me. LK said a tour is happening many times before but nothing materialized. The Indian FTP is pretty full and whatever gaps they might have, they would probably want to rest their key players.

Ha! Ha!!
BCB is expecting an answer from BCCI within the next couple of months!
Just for the answer - yes or no would take two months, now can you guess how many years might take to invite us to their soil to play for real?
