Immature call. Whenever someone plays good, fans want him up the order. This should not be the way. Let someone play at the same position for a long time and learn his role and expectation well at that position.

You guys don't read? The coach doesn't like to shuffle people nor does he want new blood in every series.
So Sarkar is #3.

I don't know, number 1/2/3 or 4 but he has made the case for being in the team....
The guy has single handedly destroyed Pakistan, by his batting. Can't make a better case to play against the same team in the ODI series. Doesn't matter his past performances or age or experience, he has batted with authority against an Attack and that's good enough a reason that he should be in the team....we do have dead woods to replace.

Lol..
I meant to say Soumya can replace one of them in this series. It's funny how a small mistake in picking a word can change the meaning of the entire sentence. Good that you pointed that out. But I suggest you to tone it down a bit. That was uncalled for

There can never be any guarantee for any cricketer in advance, that he will score big in the next match.
But he scored a ton in a real match. Although this was named a practice match, but the natch was real in every sense

He's done well at 6/7 and gives us that boost to our RR. No need to move him up the order just cuz he's doing well and/or talented. We have plenty of top order batsmen good enough to play at the highest level.
If everyone bats in the top, who will bat in the middle?

exactly everyone reshuffling the whole batting lineup just because of shabbir's latest innings. He is perfect for Bangladesh where he currently bats.

The reason for moving soumya to opening is because all of mushy, sabbir, riyad, shakib and nasir should be in the XI, if soumya bats 3 we can't fit all of these players into the XI unless one of them opens or bats at 8.

I say move him up now before he plays too much at 3, he's an opener so he's the best bet to succeed in an opener spot from those guys, mushy is the best bet for 3 from the rest of them because riyad just found his space at 4 and is doing exceptionally so shouldn't be moved, sabbir and nasir aren't as experienced, shakib I've never seen as a top order bat.
