well he is responsible in a way,....i dont know if he directed the others, but being in the team for such a long time w/o any credible performance, did make some of these players insecure about the non creditable selection policy.see from these players point of veiw,(mosharraf for eg) "what i did wrong,if ash can always get a chance what did i do wrong" the BCB is responsible in a way for this, not having a credible selection policy.
