Afghanistan lived up to the hype and now they are an ODI team but didn't qualify to play in the world cup (sorry my mistake in the title).

Ireland, Canada, Netherlands and Kenya qualified for the World Cup. This is Kenya's 5th successive time to qualify for the World Cup

Excited about Canada playing. We missed out last time.

How come no scotland this time? Given their geographic location you expect them to be much better.
