Shark_fin, this looks odd. Those buttons should be clear. I think previous one was much better. No need to change our format every now and then.

Fight hard for first 3 days. If everything goes wrong, then we again will need to start "Allah Megh Dey, Pani Dey......."
Thanks for the Match-Thread Shark-fin.
Good luck Bangladesh

Some words from Mahela in reply to Cricinfo's interview:
Cricinfo: How do you rate the Bangladesh team now - they seem to be a fast-improving outfit and no longer the minnows they were?
MJ: They have some young guys with bags of talent. They also have some spirit. Ashraful is especially talented and he really took the game to us. They have lots of youngsters now coming up and they are improving all the time. They also have some decent structures for junior cricket. They just need to focus on the mental side and their attitude and they can become a competitive international team.
Cricinfo: How are you approaching the second Test?
MJ: We know that Bangladesh will come at us hard again and we must focus completely on our gameplan. We all know what we have to do and we know that we can't take Bangladesh lightly. There are plenty of areas where we can improve and it is essential that we do so. We must make sure we put them under a lot of pressure in the first two days. We are looking to put together a very good performance.
.............Encouraging!! Isn't it??

all of them say the same thing...BD is improving and they are taking it seriously...but BD itself is its enemy as they know
so they end up playing like school cricket...and We end up giving them that opportunity.

I only know one MJ who has hanged up his sneakers. The rest of the MJ's and their comments have no value to me.
Good luck to BD. I like the fact we have rain in the forecast. If the SL wants to force a result before that they have to take some risk. Few mistakes here and there would help us.
Mushfiq is included in the final 12 man cut. Alok, Faruk's poster boy is out. We have to wait and see if Rajin or Mushfiq plays.

Project overview:
Mission: Win the match.
Having a plan when we are batting.
Devising a plan for each SL batsmen, especially Mahroof (after watching video footage).
Having a plan for the umpires.
Implementing the plan.
Eliminating mistakes (quality control).
Tweak the plan (with feedback from the 1st innings)
End result: Winning the match. (Project completion in time).
Cricket is not just a game any more. It is a project.
