I agree we are not having the best of times. Our preparation is substandard and our players are overconfident off the field and in the field not giving their 100 percent.

But regardless the same group of players have given so much for us and the least they deserve is that tomorrow we give them full support.

Yes practice match performance was poor. Yes we are up against tournament favorites.

This is time to brush aside all petty biases and hatred. It's time that we Fully support our boys. Be it prayers, by going to the stadium and screaming. Or even simply in front of the TV screen.

For the first time we are playing in the main round of the Champions trophy and that too as the 6th ranked team in the world.

We have been too harsh on our boys but not in this stage. Because this is our first time ever in the grand stage and the players and fans should be ease. It's a blessing the burden is not on us but on the opposition. So we have everything to gain and nothing to lose.

Let's rally behind our boys. Let's pray.

First of all, the preparation is not substandard.

Boys have won two of their last four ODI matches in Irish conditions while one got abandoned and the other one was a close match where we lost it. As a result, we got promoted to no 6 position in the ODI ranking.

Though we didn't perform our best in the two practice matches, we have momentum of doing good in ODI matches with us. Just have the faith. It will be a pleasantly memorable CT for us insha Allah.

By preparation I meant more long term preparation. We don't have a decent number 4 and we haven't worked on our lower order batting. That's my perspective.

Otherwise we have a settled team and hopefully we put up a fight.

In Shaa Allah we will win

We're always behind our players no matter what, unlike some of our neighboring fans.
As long as you have low expectations of BD team you won't be disappointed too much.

Got my sky sports package upgraded

and the man I spoke to on the sky upgrade call was an Indian named Nitin who likes LOI cricket , spoke to him about BD v Eng he said BD have chance they have good batsmen, and agrees on the day anything possible. Seemed a nice chap unlike some you meet some on this forum,and other forums/online!

bro, most of the Indian i mate all of them were,are very nice and friendly, at least you can have nice conversation with them, as like you said in the forum it is totally opposite

TBH all of the Indians I met and my Indian friends are all very nice and have nothing but respect for BD team..its the internet trolls both from BD and IND who spreads hate. I am sure 95% of these idiots are 14 to 15 year old punks

Internet trolls are not cricket enthusiastic. They are sadistic folks who are failure in life which is why they have nothing better to do than badmouth each other on Facebook comment sections

Its the internet that is the culprit....some mew mew pretend to be tigers in internet. When you talk with the same person face to face, they are completely opposite ...mone hoi ekdom bhaja mach-ta ultayee kaithe jane na. Its universally true, not only specific to any particular country or group.
