Sehwag or Chris Gayle in next world cup?
Now a days it is very much possible to score double century with the help of extra powerplay overs and shorter boundary.

Isn't that why we see a 200 every other day?

Except that Anwar had a runner for the better part of his innings. He wouldn't have lasted a fourth of that had he been refused one.

in WC big teams will play against teams like Netherland, Kenya, Canada in those Indian highway pitches. So its not entirely impossible.

I would love to come to your planet and see the cricket where 400+ team scores and 200+ individual scores come every other day. In our not so talented planet, the former has happened only nine times and the later- only once.
