Most of the senior players don't listen to the advices themselves.

I did not watch it myself, but most of our top-order batsmen reportedly were out because of inadvisable shots, including TI.

yes, drop him as well.

this dropping cycle shall never stop. Just becuse there are replacements doesn't mean one can drop anyone at will. All the dropping and chopping and changing incessantly will also demoralize the rest of the team. Care should be taken to ensure that the out-of-form players are given further chances to prove themselves and only dropped if they do not click even when they are 'on-form' and they cannot convert their starts into big scores even after repeatedly being given chances.
There is some sense to what you are saying. But, SN needs to get the T20 out of his system, before being allowed to play tests again. I think Naeem might be in his place for the 2nd test.

Mushfiq somehow has not played well when promoted before. Perhaps, Shakib should be #3, Raqibul #4, and Mushfiq #5. Either Ashraful or Raqibul should go. So should SN.

remember, the other side can play at this game too.

you will not like it if shehwag moves away at the last moment to shahadat or mash charging in, again and again, will you ?
I don't want it done again and again, only once in a while, to annoy the bowler and hopefully throw off his rhythm.

I took a look at the match stat and thought I share with you two facts:

BD's Batting:
1) First innings, no 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 batsmen's combined score: 62
No. 8 (Mahmuddullah)'s score: 69

2) Second innings, no. 2,3,4,5,6 batsmen's combined score: 79
No. 7 (Mushi)'s score: 101
