We are one good bowler short

I think to beat teams like Ind,Aus,Eng we desperately need one more good bowler, by bowler I mean fast bowler, not necessarily as good as Mustafiz but someone who bowls with good pace and can take one or two wickets at the beginning, very economical,some one who can create pressure,create opportunities.
Now, with MAshrafe soon to be retired he should be replaced by a good pacer, it's BCB's job to work harder to find good pace bowlers.
I still believe Taskin can be groomed by better coach, Ebadot is another guy with some pace, I see no hope for the likes of Rahi, putuputu bowlers can only take wickets in Mirpur at best.
Players like Saif,Rubel,Taskin,Ebadot,Mustafiz should be always under the radar, monitored, what they eat, their lifestyle, their workout,private life just like they are in the army.
Our batting is looking good ,alhamdulillah, 4 senior players are getting runs (Tamim should be back in ajeira billaterals ) , Liton and Mosaddek along with Saif will be very handy, the biggest disappointment is Soumya and Sub-bir, they are worse than they were in 2015 WC, so no point talking about these 2.

We need a coach like Pont or Streak that can work with guys like Ebadat, Rahi, Shoriful, Yasin Arafat, Al Amin, Anik, Taskin and make them more consistent. I dont think any of these guys have the build to become that consistent 145K seamers. But 135-140k is definitely achievable and if they can work on their slowers, yorkers, bit of swing and most importantly consistency... we will be good.

TBH I think our bowling side is just about ok. We went back two steps when we hired Walsh. So we are not actually short but not good enough overall.

Our fielding seems quite questionable as well. We are just under par. So overall we are short there.

We will have a major change once Mash departs as well and we dont know how things will transpire. So we will be short of a good Captain
