I'm also concerned with this issue of Bashar, Pilot being ex colleagues of some of these players.

Tamim is a good player he deserves to be in the side look at nafees iqbal eh could not keep his position Tamim managed to keep his position in the team the credit goes to him not his uncle .

now a days selectors face a lot of pressure/scrutiny from the media and people... I am sure who ever it is will be very careful not to be viewed as a biased selector.
