Chacha had the names bit confused, he said Dollar and Jahurul were going to Darwin whereas as Suhrawadi and Jahurul are actually the ones going to Darwin. Dollar is going to CBCE along with Raqibul.

Good to see we have found another opening option in Nasiruddin Faruque.

Looks like we'll have to play "catch up" again...Weird to see Nazmul Hossain coming 6 down and scoring 12. I remember he batted last when he played ODIs and didnt seem to know how to hold the bat....Hes got a Highest of 49 in First Class though, so the guy definitely CAN bat a bit...

The gap between the national players and the league players are decreasing..I think (if he continues to do well for a couple of more months) he shluld be chosen in place of Shahadat and given chances when either Rasel or Mash is injured/not doing well. Thats pretty much what Shahadats role in the team is now. Mahmuddulah will be in the 15 man squad by the end of the year. Mark my words...

Right-arm medium pacer..
i think he could replace Farhad Reza in few months.... he seems like a great allrounder.

Again, not very impressive 1st innings batting by BD boys! Many got starts but typically couldn't convert these into big scores. I'm really concerned about the approach of BD batting, particularly, in the 1st innings.
Once again, they will have to play to save a match!

Again Nadif got a start but couldn't convert it to a big score. Sagir hasn't scored in a while either. I hope they do better in the second innings.

He scored a 32 in his last innings...Still not in especially good touch though. Seems to be especially out of touch against SL sides...You can find his most recent games here

Late resistance from Zia (43) and Robin (31*) took BD Academy to 271. But then bowlers had a frustrating day against Lanka academy who scored 220 for 2 in their second innings so far.

Sri Lanka Academy coach's take on Bangladesh Academy team -
Quote:
Jayaratne was critical of the pitches laid out in Bangladesh which did not encourage any stroke play nor provide any assistance for the bowlers.
“With their ‘A’ team losing all the matches on the tour to Sri Lanka, the Bangladesh Academy side were intent not to lose to us and as a result they prepared low flat tracks which was of no assistance to the batsmen or the bowlers,”
“The Bangladesh bowling was utter crap and their batsmen scored at less than two runs an over despite them including nine of their ‘A’ team players who toured Sri Lanka. We could have easily turned the matches in our favour had we played on some sporting pitches,” Jayaratne said.

He is just bitter that the SL Academy failed to reach the final of the tri-series so he is taking out his frustration on our pitches and bowlers. Didn't hear that kind of criticism from the Pakistan Academy coach.
