Default Is there sufficient slow ball practice in the BD net?

We have been watching our batsmen making some same mistakes over and over again. Especially when they like to play aerial shots and often gets out in slower deliveries. This weakness is known to all big teams and they easily capitalise this weakness to get rid from our best bestmen like TI, Aftab, Ashraful.

I also found that our pace bowlers are not good at bowling slower deliveries and yourkers. The only thing that makes sense to me is they probably don't practice slow deliveries in the net practice at all. That's why they are not well at playing slower deliveries and also not good at giving slower deliveries. I hope i am wrong. But if this is the case then top management should should sit together and think about it.
