***Death bowling and batting***

We are extremely poor in both department when it comes to death bowling and batting. We are losing close matches for our lack of finishing, or inability to contain opposition to a decent score in death overs.

This is a major concern for our team.

Simple. We can't really put Mossadek that low down the order and expect him to play big shots. I do like the idea of having a big hitter start off with Tamim and try to get as much runs as quickly as possible while Tamim tries to settle down and build up runs. We need to bring Ariful and drop Sabbir from the batting line-up.

As for bowling, Rubel does take wickets but he can't bowl last 3 to 4 overs and we can't have 2 out of the 3 pacers who can't finish off the innings play the same game and in no way should Mashrafe be dropped. Sensible option would be to put either of Abu Hider or Abu Jayed as a finisher but I doubt we would want to use 2 left handers for the death overs and it would rule out Abu Hider who is the better death over bowler.

TO do well at the end, you need someone smart and cool.

But we don't have smart players. We have idiots like Rubel and Shabbir - and we lose.

Chouddo gushti top order khelte chai.. nobody has the ballz to take on death over batting. What about that Nagin game vs Sri Lanka where Ryad smacked it to win the game? Sri Lanka were mocking us at that point. Or the one where mushy finished the game chasing 200? The senior players can do it if they bat lower order but they can't be expected to both accumulare runs, hold middle order together and also finish games. They are good but not THAT good. We need 2 more capable players to support the 4 senior guys with the bat. Aggressive hard hitting category is needed, not sissy like Mosaddek or hacks like Mithun.
