Mission statement of BanglaCricket

Web designer and/or Mods,
Does BC have a mission statement? My search on this came empty. It would be nice it to see in the middle of main page if BC has one. (between the Bangla Cricket Articles and the menu.)

Also, the 1st two paragraphs of the "welcome" should make it to front page (somewhere). BC is approching 2000 (member count). Great job!!
