Ah Syed! If he goes to boardroom one more time, he is done like dun. But I really like him though.... a true bengali piece of shi* - my kind.

that was amazing, he just got sombody from the street, rented them the place and not only that made them feel "bloody good" about the deal...

Now that is pure brilliance...

Syed I am afraid is another Ashraful. Shows "flashes of brilliance". I guess it's a bengali trait.

Best of luck but i think he will be gone soon unless he curbes down the bull - it's too obvious now.

I thought Paul showed more signs of arrogance whenever he had the chance.. Ansell was a bit lucky, kept a low but neutral profile and yet stayed moderately involved.. but Syed is a cheeky fox, his chapabazi has got him this far but I really hope he can win!

Well, bad news, Syed has been fired this week. However, I think that he us done proud and I hope him all the luck in the future. He has gained alot of fans, thats for sure.

Well I think either Ruth or Paul is gonna win this.. they both seem very determined, especially Ruth who is hard-working, so is Paul but he is a bit over-confident.. the preview of next week's episode (11) didn't look so great for michelle and I'm not sure how Ansell survive all this long! Let's wait and find out..

Yes I agree. Ruth is the woman for the job. Paul isn't consistent. I think he got terribly lucky in the last episode. The black dude and Michelle are just lucky they got to ride on Paul's fluke idea. It was also brutally unfortunate for Ruth and Syed to be on the same team. They were both ace contenders and I knew Syed would get fired as soon as they were part of the 2-member team. It's a big disadvantage compared to having a 3-member team. The producers should have shown more creativity in this episode seeing only an odd number of participants are left.

Absolutely.. I think Syed had a lot of character and determination.. he was unfortunate to be team leader coz he lost the toss and took most of the blame.. but at least he did better than Nargis. Watch episode 2, her performance was so embarassing.

You know, I realize some of you guys like Syed because he is a fellow Bangladeshi, but I haven't been too impressed with him. Yes, on occasion, he has shown some flashes of brilliance at one-on-one selling (but seriously, any Bangladeshi with a decent chapa could do that. The question is: does he think things through, does he have a considered plan of attack when charged with a task, or does he just try to wing it? From what I've seen, he simply tries to wing it. Now that's all very good if you're hiring a simple huckster or salesman, but useless if you want an executive.

I disagree Shaad. I think some of us like him just because he is a character (ofcourse being a Bangladeshi helped)... I don't think any Bangladeshi can do it... I think being able to sell something is the best quality you can have to run a business... It's ultimately selling that counts, nothing else.

He did make a multimillion dollars company out of nothing. And that's not easy.

Despite what everyone else says, I still think he is a smart and a very DETERMINED kid. He would be an asset in any company if he remains loyal to them.

You guys wouldn't believe what our old friend Syed has been up to. First there were reports that he was dating Michelle, the eventual winner, during filming, but they broke up after they saw what they had been saying about each other. And now, he is rumoured to have made her pregnant!

Yep, Michelle did win. The man has good taste. Imagine if he fancied Ruth and they got it on...eurgh.

Definitely, Michelle was the prettiest and smartest one out there.. I was beginning to think he fancied Ruth.. he said on the interview "if there was any contestant i would have gone out with, it had to be Ruth".... eugh!

Anyway I'm glad he changed his mind.. and nice to know the kid is going to have a Muslim upbringing.

You should listen to the interview.. the interviewer told Syed he has stunning eyes and the female members of the production unit are quite taken with it... lol

Yeah, I heard that too. It made me think he was a prick because everytime, in the show, that the group had champagne, Syed always had orange juice or water. Maybe it was all for show. I hope its not true though.

hahaha, imagine that, after going through all that winning the top job and going on a maternity leave, Alan Suger wont be happy for sure.

Btw, I can't believe Michelle picked Syed of all people to have a fling with. The guy is horribly ugly (IMO) and can audition for a role of villain in bangladesh cinema.

Appearantly his mental state was not well.. his mother got cancer, then he had split with Michelle (before the show was aired) and had other personal problems, blah blah.... well he may not be a good Muslim, but we are not to judge that. Whatever he's done doesn't mean his child can't have a good Muslim upbringing, which can't happen if the mother, i.e. Michelle doesn't convert. In fact Michelle offered to convert herself, in a bid to win the approval of Syed's strict Muslim family, who are still shellshocked by her pregnancy. - Source
