Thank you

Too early to call, you can still win it bro

Although:

*I am currently #8 in T20 league.

*my "super-duper" youth team lost two games in a row
*in addition, FIRED my last 5 youth recruits( a new record in the history of BCR!)
*senior team struggling.(losing against teams that i otherwise normally
should beat)

therefore, This game should be a Morale Booster for the team even though i am #10 in BCPL::2:: but Thanks Parvez for including me in the fun...(couple of upsets here and there..and that's all i wanted from my weak team(very weak and far behind in time compared to you guys...)

overall, there were a few matches where my team" gave some fight" but couldn't pull it off....
You know what, despite all of this chaos and humiliation from the tough teams in Division 3 i will still abhor the practice of moving to a different country! it just takes away from the fun of the game man....BE A MAN and accept tough challenges, if win, celebrate if not...just take it easy and think of ways to improve your team that's all!

you are lucky, it is this time of the season. otherwise, he would have been 250k at the start of the season. Make him a batsman, forget about bowling, there are too many mediums out there.

I am very depressed! The Mentals were crushed by CentralPark's "river to river" last night on a crumbling pitch in the Parvez bhia sponsored 'B League'!

@bujhee kom: Out of curiosity, what number were you looking at for your youth comp? Cause I think it will be hard to get 128 teams, whereas 64 is looking a real possibility. Cause it'd be much better if we had everyone playing a game in the first round rather than people gaining byes if we had more than 64 teams and less than 128...

So perhaps cutting it off at 64 teams would be a good idea?

Right bro, I understand, you are right and I have been thiking about it a lot....right now we have 51 accepted and many many invitaiton given but not answered yet, because these guys are in the Pavilion Cup. We have about 8-9 "not from the original invite list, but want to get in and take part in" ...And guys I am telling you, it's really hard for me police this, bros, I am 39 years old, how can I say no to another manager who requested to play? Even if he doesn't have a single BD player, I am very fragile and I beg your forgiveness ahead of time, "minimum 2 BD youths must play is a rule, but I don't know how to enforce it bros, please don't get mad at me. I sure am going to play my 2-3 BD youths that I have, but the rest fo the managers, it's just us gamers, guys, a lot of them managers are just kids, please don't get mad if I let a few or some managers in from other country league who might fail to play 2 or a BD players, I don't know how the competetion can enforce that so please don't get mad, just play and let's go wild, and go with your best youth team win the damn trophy gladiator style!!

Oohh about our number of entrants issue, damn! Well if I let those 8-9 in then we will have a number of 60, I believe, should we cut the number of at 64? Or do you think all of a sudden there might be a serge of accepties as soon as this Sunday (another match in the PC) passes? Yeah, let's talk guys!

Byes are only for odd-numbered leagues and not for knockout competitions.

From Announcements:
Byes
You can now have an uneven number of teams entered into a league competition. One team each week will receive a bye.

So, if there is say 80 teams that register at the deadline, the first 64 that have entered will play and the 16 teams after would be left out.

So, we need the first 64 teams to register, then the others after need 128 to play.

Thank you for explaining that Turbz bro!!
Yeah, so that will suck that people stuck between 64 and 127 won't get to play, daamn! But if we have one more signer above that 127 number then all 128 of them get to attend!!!
Let's see if a bunch of people sign up post PC on Sunday!

Do you need a keeper at youth level? What age is your current keeper?
I would just go with batting/batting-tech for the rest of this season at least and maybe next season too. If you need a keeper then just train keeping.

thanks for the tips! I actually don't need any keeper. I have one moderately good keeper of age 24 and another nice prospect of age 20.

So pure bat it is then. I bought some youths cause I am in bot filled leagues and it would be easy to give them some experience now. I would do what I do better than the other aspects of the game. i.e. train. Plus whats the benefit of improving the youth academy if I don't have anybody to train?
