Yeah, that thought occured to me too.
I hope I'm proved wrong but I doubt Ashraful will improve too much on his test average of 15 over the last two years.
His footwork has absolutely gone to pieces and he looks a shadow of the player who used to make stylish 25s before getting himself out by being overly extravagant. These days he's more likely to make an embarrasingly poor 13 and then get himself caught at slip to a tame khocha shot.
