i have gotten so many infractions for posting your pictures in this forum so other can feel what i felt for your God made perfection..... this is how you re pay us?

iDumb - very surprised. With you being a physician, trivializing something quite serious as prophylactic mastectomy. Perhaps she has a family history or has tested positive for BRCA1 or BRCA2. Unless this is your [] way of raising awareness.

All said, it was about cancer, and as we all know it is a sensitive topic for those suffering from it, those with family members who have it and those who have lost close ones due to it.

That is why it is one of the very few topics that remain a no-no in the public sphere, as far as making jokes is concerned.
