1) Conan is the biggest leftiest out of all of them.
2) ALL libertarians are socially liberal. By definition, they are all LIBERAL, Leftist, left most on the pol spectrum(socially.) You cant "trump" Trumps wall and also like Libertarians -- most of whom dont even believe in borders.

1) No way. He is barely political. I don't how much late night you watch. I try to keep up. His whole outlandish self mockery humor will crumble if he talks politics. While the others always had this tinge of holier than thou liberal in them.
2) It's hard to be 100% of anything theoretically. We all have to deal with systems that are in place already.

The wall means nothing, that's just a tactic to appeal to people's emotions and build some new infrastructure. (come to think of it, is maybe even construed as fiscally liberal). But it is refreshing to see a president doing what he said he would do.

Borders is the most fascinating issue though. I have a lot to say about it, but will take too long to type.I can give you the cliffnotes. Basically, the free market has decided to support legal migration and also to keep the illegals coming in to depress wages. It is a product of capitalism because companies want to save money. So yes, a very liberterian thing, in letting the chips fall where they may. But then, when you drill down to the individual (the citizens of the existing nation state), it is not good. So it's a battle people and corporations. Much like big govt., big corporations are also doomed to sacrifice long term failures for short term efficiencies. And this is something the liberterians must take into account. Wishing no govt. is the first step, but big corps are no better down the road, because really any time people come together, evil sprouts. Ultimately, individualism has to prevail, and liberterianism must merge with individualism. But then if individualism prevails, it is easier for the technocrats to seduce us to plug into their overlord AI system in recreating the known world. Oh boy..see, these discussions are better had spoken, not written.

More politics

My hateful political XI

1. Ronald Regan - the president who initiated the process of rolling back FDR era progressive policies and started the neo-liberal world order (along with Margaret Thatcher)

2. George HW Bush - A false Iraq war and tax cut for the rich

3. Bill Clinton - a fake democrat, who exploded prison population by crime bill, decimated US manufacturing and promoted slave labor through NAFTA, destroyed social safety net through welfare reform, deregulated wall street through bankruptcy bill and repeal of Glass–Steagall Act

4. George W Bush - Iraq and Afghanistan war, enough said

5. Dick Cheney - the real president of W administration, a war criminal with no regret

6. Obama - Libya, Syria, Yemen, and African wars, champion in killing by drones, dropped more bombs than W, wanted grand bargain to cut social security and medicare but failed because Republicans opposed for the sake of opposing, made USA hostage to insurance companies through Romneycare, 5.1 million home foreclosure, wall street bailout by tax money, wanted more slave labor through TPP

7. Hillary Clinton - Goldwater girl - do you need to know anything else about her?

8. Mitch McConnell - the most despicable senator (injustice to the word despicable)

9. Lindsey Graham - probably the biggest war monger in the senate at the moment

10. John Bolton - in the same category of Dick Cheney, Kissinger

11. Henry Kissinger - war criminal

12th Man
Ben Shapiro - a total dumb but tries to portray himself as an intellectual by speaking fast and posturing

You already went once bro. Lol what is this 'never everending roulette of pull the lever for your favorite new list of people you hate this week' ? Oh wait you are categorizing. Okay that's fair I guess.

Anyway, I just want to see Y is right. One of the reason I started disliking my favorite comedian is because of his constant cheap shots at Donald not even hiding his ultra liberal stance.

With petty jabs it cheapened his comic and made him unfunny dayer by day.

This is what a discussion is meant to be though. It is sometimes provoked by a single thread. Then again I don't mind my thread getting bumped as long the money is rolling. I have actually monetized this thread now.

I like how it says 'alehouse'. LOL! Probably remnants of British uncles and aunts drinkin frikkin hardcore liquor sh... after a days of hard work whippin' some at paddy field.. lol j/k

I am sure some of its remnant remains where OUR uncles (and aunts?) pass around Jack Daniels before biryani and jarda and roshogolla for desert. Guess, that's us right there. Who knows in the future our uncles be passing around spliffies in drawing room all while make sure not to stain the damned carpet as that fat aunty "Rooku Apu" will be Sarah Sanders p---ed as they trash current government in yet ANOTHER episode "Ajaira talk that never happened June edition"- who knows?

1) i stand corrected, i completely forgot about colbert. Infact, he's become so unfunny that im probably supressign his memory. But i still think Conan is second.

2) libertarians dont really want big corporations. But its also not your place to decide whether big businesses should exist or not. The free market will decide that. Without government meddling, the free market will correct everything in the long run. Again, the key there is without govt meddling (whixh includes big corp lobbyists).

Im travelling and its annoying to write on the phone so apologies for not giving u a proper response.
