Default South Africa risks becoming a pariah state for world cricket.

With most teams voting yes to the big 3 vote,S Africa will vote no.After the fall out over the South Africa India series, the politics,S africa voting NO could mean the new pardigm means the big 3 may not play S Africa.
Odds are the ICC table will now be defunct so the big 3 teams will play teams on financial reasons.Odds are India won't make an agreement with South Africa as they voted No and Lorgat in power.
It will be bilateral relationships that matter in the future, not who is no 1that will become defunct.
Fact is if you don't vote for this proposal the effect is teams won't play you.
How this effects S Africa they will earn less than Pakistan, and maybe even less if India decide not to play S Africa.
S Africa risks its financial future if it does not back this proposal.

even if that happens history will remember the nation that didn't cave into bullying and fought for what is right. I would rather die quickly with dignity intact than a slow agonizing death

I understand BCCI not wanting to play them, they'd lose anyways (away) and won't be able to win the series at home as well, but would CA/ECB really boycott them because they said no. Then again, they won't really have any real challenge standing in their way to attain #1 ranking in tests.

Nothing will happen ... Haroon will face a revolt within CSA staged by the trio. Everything will be normal after that.
