He played a lot of lovely shots today.
I hope this wont inspire him to play too many shots in future.

Mushy batting has always been solid, but his aggression in batting with the tail enders was amazing! You could see the making of a great player.

I think mushy needs to move up the batting order by at least one place. Our so called top order needs to bat at the top order. I still have faith in Rock, i think he one of the hardest working player in the team, he come through.

Not sure that we will ever get consistency from ashrafool... SN is needs more time to get back into form. He was extremely disappointing in the first test.

he took advantage when the bowlers were bowling loosely trying to bowl a wicket ball everytime. he played according to the merit of the delivery, perfectly paced innings. BD cricket's future is in good hands.

Mush should come to bat at 5. Roqibul at 4. Some one else at 3. Riyad at 6 and Shakib at 7.

He has earned the right to bat either at no.5 or no.6. Since he also keeps, I am reluctant to put him at no.3 or 4. But, in the future, I would like to see him give up his keeping duties and concentrate solely as a top order bat.
overall easily the best test batsman we've produced. i wish we could take his gloves away now, he seems poised to hit double tons. as you stated, he's got all the shots + technique + temperement + clean hitter.

He's been our best Test batsman for a while now - his performance graph has been heading towards the north pole for a year and a half now. But he won't get a chance to fully showcase his talents if we keep making him bat with tail-enders.

are there any good WK with half decent batting in the pipelines ? if yes then a case can be made for playing mushy as batsman only. if he plays at 4 or 5 his avg will easily see a rise of around 5, provided he doesn't lose his head.
