You gotta feel for Sachin.
Mumbai has been such an outstanding team in the tournament right until a strategic mistake cost them the trophy they really deserved.
The old hag Sachin reminds the whole world once again why he is the best and shows us his true class. Biologically, his days are numbered and offcourse he knows that. But this one is not going down without a fight.
Cricket has been literally his whole life. Letting go of something so strong is not an easy task. But before he bows out, he will make us press that bell button to remind us the Man, the Legend Sachin Tendulkar was.
After 21 years of international cricket and at the age of 37, becoming the highest run taker in a tournament that is meant to be dominated by youngsters and even more importantly, a format he had to adopt at a later stage of his career, is simply amazing.
Hats off to the Legend.
