What's wrong with Shastri? He obviously knows what he is talking about, plus makes the game ungay than Harsha and has good stock of vocabulary. Shastri rocks.

Apart from Lloyd I also enjoy Pommy Mbangwa's commentary.

Why Harsha have to exploit best from his co-commentator? Commentary box is not a talk show where hosts keep questioning? Match situation will ask other commies to give the views. It really annoy me when Harsha keep asking what do you think Pommy/Danny. He is just outdated. Imo Asian commentary style is outdated itself. I like commentary style of Sky and Channel nine...three commentators sitting, two of them mainly commentating and the other one namely 3rd man pointing/questioning some crucial question. I also like their liberal style...they are not afraid of giving views eventhough sometime it sounds idiotic. Subcontinental commies love chamchami rather than criticizing.

I meant the commentary provided by broadcaster of Sub-continental tv channels as Asian commentary style. Whats wrong with that?

I can't wait to hear Hayden commentate. And when Ponting retires.
Gilly was a disappointment. I mean he is funny on the field. But not so much on the box. Warne is too nice, he can never criticize on the mic. Murali changed him.
