Good initiative Zunaid Vai. I have uttered earlier about increasing the number of members. Regional committee is a good idea. It will increase the integrity among the members.Hopefully it can help increasing number of members.

Your initiative to restructure BC is much appreciated. I have been a BC fan for sometime; I do not know if I would be any useful as a contributor other than logging on to your site time to time or once everyday. So I can only thank you for allowing me to exploit your resources for free. I live in Maryladm USA and hope someday at least T20 will spread to USA

Social media presence is going to be important. It would help to have a few younger members in the team, because they tend to be more active on FB, etc.

Why don't you come up with how you can help to start a discussion? Only you know your strengths and weaknesses.

Can we do an interview with Mushfiq, BCB President or any of the Selectors?
Perhaps with Akram Khan?
Can we interview somebody like Utpal Shuvro or any other sports writer for a widely published news paper who has close access to the players?

I think we could send a lot of the messages from the fans directly to them through interviews. Over the years i have seen a tremendous amount of great suggestions aimed at improving our cricket but none of them ever materialized in reality. We need to be more public, more vocal and try more aggressively to reach out to the people in power in order to change things. I feel that perhaps through a one on one interview a lot of these ideas can be pushed through to them

another option is to buy an ad slot between famous hindi serials for our messages

I think along with all these teams another Team Press Media team should be added. Otherwise you can put that category in social media team.We need some representatives who can ask questions to directly when they are live on TV or Press or Any Reporting event. It has been a long time I am with Banglacricket. I occasionally post but since beginning I wish all the best for Banglacricket Team. Count me in if I can be help in any case.

DOC are we going to have a temporary sub-forum for upcoming 2015 World Cup? If not, no problem.

Could we not revert back to old Cricket Forum with sub sections? I find all the cricket sections lumped together quite unhelpful and unnecessary.

Perhaps, just getting old and developing an aversion towards all form of change.

Can we become less like Bangladesh govt. ?
The forum reeks of Syndicate-like feel and members of this syndicate do as they please.
I also seem to see members being banned unexpectdely if we confront these syndicate members.

Before you plan the future, fix the present.
