Why is BanglaCricket Forums so slow?

I'm sure it's not always like this. 1st ODI vs NZ was incredibly slow, took the fun away from posting and keepin up. I'm not the only one who noticed. Could you guys please kindly fix it asap? (I dont know who to PM so just putting it here)
