Smartness and BD cricketers

The reason why we often find ourselves in tough position is because of our lack of smartness.
Today I was delighted to see Liton's smart WKeeping, Mustaz cutter to dismiss Amla.
But our unsmart captain's decision to bowl first has totally put us on backfoot from day 1!

I really wonder how many of our players are actually smart?
Among the dumbest we have Mushfiq, Taskin, Imrul ( and I don't even want to mention Ashraful's Shahadat's era) the rest are pretty average.
Among the smartest we have MAsh, Sakib,Mustafizur,Ryad ( he saved us many times under pressure), Tamim (sometimes) , Nasir is smart but technically limited

Overall our players are not that street smart which is holding us back.
Just look at Dhoni and Kohli, or even Mccullum who did so well as a captain.
I hope our next generation players will be smarter.
