Default anyone here interested in cars? drivetimedhaka.com

since we all share a passion for bangladesh cricket, id like to share another passion of mine that is cars... check this site out www.drivetimedhaka.com for news, photos and discussions on cars from Dhaka... check out some of the cars that are on the streets of our Dhaka city...including new BMWs X5's Mercs Huimmer H2! etc..

you'll be surprised by the number of BMWs Mercs Range Rovers driving around Gulshan avenue and the surrounding areas everyday...

Did u guys heard about this guy making Ferraris and Lamborghini bodykits and putting it on old bangers.
he is selling these old honda, toyotal with ferrari bodykit for about 20 laks in bangladesh money.

its looks crap to me, but i guess if i were to live in bangladesh would have dreamed of having one.

You'll see the X5s at Samarkand and other Gulshan restaurants at lunch. Many big bosses of Bangladesh business still like the Toyota, the big Delux Crown of course.

OK instead of luxury cars wouldn't cool motorbikes be better toys for a certain type of "rich and bored" in bangladesh? so what's on display out there? i'm not talking about the hondas and yamahas of course..

I've seen several Harley-Davidson bikes in Dhaka recently.

Doc:BMW X5 is a luxury SUV even in the US, isn't it?

2004 January I visited Dhaka. One of the nights we went out behind the New DOHS rail gate area and airport road, we were stuck in a one way traffic Jam. The other side was clear and no cars driving.
