nos 16,17,18 really belong further up the rank while no 13, queen rania below the list/ ahh.. it,s just a nother list!

Top ten powerful women include 6 American ladies(understandable), One Chinese(2nd position), One Indian(3rd position), One Indonesian(8th position),one Phillipine(9th position)- all understandable because these countries have political and economic clout in their neighbourhood as well as in the world. Whether Khaleda has enough clout in her own country is open to doubt. I do not think her two neighbouring countries, India and Burma will be much impressed with her influence.
